By downloading, installing, or using Arctara, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

Arctara is currently in beta. Features, functionality, and pricing are subject to change during this period. We will communicate significant changes clearly.

Arctara provides tools for intentional spiritual practice, including:

• Real-time moon phase, planetary hour, and Wheel of the Year tracking
• Magical timing alignment score
• Spell library with 49 moon-timed spells and a custom spell builder
• Guided ritual timer with step-by-step instructions
• Tarot oracle with multiple spreads
• Rune oracle — Elder Futhark
• Herbarium — 48 herbs with magical correspondences
• Crystal guide with intentions and chakra associations
• Digital Grimoire — personal book of shadows
• Birth chart calculator
• My Cabinet — personal crystal, herb, and tool tracker

2. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Arctara
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the app or its infrastructure
• Share, copy, or redistribute any app content without written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• All app content — including text, design, graphics, spell descriptions, and the Arctara name and logo — is the property of Arctara and protected under applicable copyright law
• You retain ownership of content you create within the app (grimoire entries, custom spells)
• You may delete your content at any time
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of app content is prohibited

6. Premium Features

• Some features may require a paid subscription in the future
• Pricing will always be clearly displayed before any purchase
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Core features of Arctara remain free

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of Arctara is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, and how to request deletion of your account and data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Arctara is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arctara is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app or its content.

9. Changes to the Service

We may at any time:

• Add, modify, or remove features
• Update content and information
• Change premium pricing (with prior notice)
• Update these Terms (significant changes will be communicated)

10. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms
• We may discontinue the app with reasonable notice

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Weilburg, Germany.
